This is for those who want to get perfection in the first year. Pierre sells 2 years+ seeds. Train and mine aren't blocked. Robin and Client increase price in the first day. Kent goes back in the first day.
Add an option of unlocking everything locked by time in creating new save

There's something that guarantees Community Center in year one. Is that what you mean?

There's an option to guarantee getting Red Cabbage Seeds Year 1 in the game settings when making a new save, but Rice, Garlic, and Artichoke Seeds aren't. Adding those other Seeds should be reasonably easy to add, even if you can only get them from the Traveling Cart Lady in Year 1.
Kent is missing Year 1 but I wonder if you could still get the achievement as he's not listed in the Villagers tab yet. LOL the speedrun community would need to add sections for Kentless speedruns if that were possible. LOL it's amazing how tired it makes me feel just thinking of trying to 100% Stardew Valley in Year 1. Totally destroys the vibe of the game for me but then speedruns are megavibes for some people, which is cool.
