Is there an in-game way to tell if you have already collected the iridium snake milk? I can't remember if I did it on a particular save or not. I'm on a Switch, so I can't use a save file checkup tool.

If you look at your Farmer tab, it shows what level of Skull Cavern you've descended to. If that reads at least 100, you've probably got the snekmilk. Though that's not necessarily true as you can go there before receiving the quest and get... a chest.

Thank you! Bunny has indeed descended to floor 101. Now I can just go there on monster hunting trips.

You can look at how many floors you've descended as Lew said, but you can't get the snake milk until you've read the respective secret note so if you did any sc before then you may have missed it if you haven't descended that far since.
Another way you can know is by checking your health, you get 5 health per level up except on levels 5 and 10 where you either gain 0 health (going the scout then acrobat/desperado path), or 15 health from fighter, and 25 from defender or 0 from brute.
As you start with a base max of 100 health, it's just some simple math to determine what you should have, and then if you have 25 health more than what you should have (because of the snake milk)
