About backing up my stardew saves on steam.

So I use Smapi to mod my stardew valley save, smapi automatically backs up my game but should I be backing up the unmodded version on steam every time I logout?

If you want a cloud-based backup just in case, yes. I don't use GOG's cloud-based backup much, though. I usually just load the game without loading the client.

Ahhhh yes, the cloud based backup does matter to me so I suppose I will also backup my unmodded version of the save. Thanks for the answer
