A mysterious mailman

Just an NPC that never says a word/can't interact with, that appears on mornings of you having new mail if you exit the house early enough. With the addition of maybe giving him a quick nod animation if he sees you and having villagers with some dialog about them for a little backstory.

I imagine that might scare some players the first time they see him if none of the other villagers has mentioned a mailman yet XD

I've always thought Lewis delivered the mail when he comes to pick up your crops from the shipping bin. I'm also realizing that when you add more shipping bins to your farm you're making Lewis's job much harder :P
