A Handful of Suggestions for Increased Roleplay Options

Hello, everyone! Having recently "finished" playing my first game of Stardew Valley, I had some ideas for more immersive roleplay options.

1) The ability to complete the game without raising animals.
It would be nice to have vendors who sell milk, eggs, etc. and others who can provide services such as milling. I like to set up my farm with a cozy, rustic, autumnal log cabin-type of vibe, producing things like smoked fish, apple cider, maple syrup, etc. Having a barn full of cows or chickens on a farm like mine doesn't fit the vibe I'm going for, and locks me out of completing bundles.

2) The ability to buy community upgrades without upgrading the farmhouse (perhaps only once the community center is finished).
Going back to that cozy, rustic log cabin vibe that I'm going for, having a massive three-storey house with a whole bunch of rooms that I don't need/use doesn't fit with the vibe. I don't want to "waste" my money on building a mansion for myself, I want to invest that money into the community to improve the lives of everyone first.

3) The ability to put together outfit ensembles and assign them to seasons/weather.
I think this would also add a nice element of additional customizability to your character. Maybe it would even be possible to create a number of different outfits per season, and you randomly cycle through them, putting on a new one each day. Also, it would be neat if you automatically change outfits when traveling to Ginger Island from winter in Stardew Valley.

4) The ability to increase friendship by spending time together.
I imagine this as being somewhat akin to The Sims, where you and the other characters would have "thought bubble" conversations if within close proximity (i.e. sitting together on a bench, at the same table in the saloon, etc.) that would raise your friendship level by a small amount, gradually accumulating over time. I think this would go a long way towards making relationships feel more organic and less transactional.

5) The ability to knock on bedroom doors if you're under the relationship threshold.
It always makes me feel like a stalker, standing outside the bedroom door of someone I don't know all that well, waiting to ambush them as soon as they step out so that I can talk to them or give them whatever item they wanted.

6) Useable kitchen cabinets.
It would be nice if kitchen cabinets were useable for storage, and the stove could access them for cooking ingredients the way a workbench can access nearby chests for crafting materials.

7) The ability to ask your spouse to follow you.
This would allow for impromptu "dates", or otherwise just spending the day together. I'm picturing being able to have Penny follow me to the lake and sitting under a tree to read while I fish.

7A) The ability to bring your spouse and kids to the island farm.

8) The ability to hug your spouse for as long as right-click is held.

Under the current system, you stop hugging for a few frames before the animation repeats. I think it would feel much smoother if you could just keep hugging until you let go of the mouse button.

Thank you for reading!

I totally agree with 3, 4, and 5. Mostly all of them, but these def stuck out. The outfit changes, and I am so surprised we can't knock on doors!

You can buy milled flour from Pierre and eggs and milk from the travelling cart.
I've never encountered the milled flour before from Pierre's, so that's good to know. As for the traveling cart, I'm aware of this, but the inventory is randomized and from my experience too few and far between. I'd like a more reliable source for use as everyday cooking ingredients as well, not just for bundles.
