Nice job, what did you end up using for cash? Smaller profit margins often changes it up a little
Tough question for me to answer concisely. I did everything I could to make money after I figured it was possible to get perfection in year 3. I ran around like a madman! xD
Some things that changes with the profits is that seeds cost less, which makes sense.
But also: It seems things that don't stack sell for the full amount! Like fishing tackle! So I went mining early on and crafted tackle to make early money (after I realized).
Also! The Parrot Egg seems to give the normal amount, so I went monster-killing alot late game. (Even though I unlocked Trinkets dead-last out of everything)
To answer your question though, I did what we do normally to optimize money, I suppose. Legend II fish ponds (36) for Aged Roe, and Ginger Island mostly smothered in Starfruit (mostly covered with hyper-speed grow, eventually) in Quarry Kegs. Wood was a big problem for me. I never even upgraded my Axe from Steel haha.
Interesting to note that I only crafted 5 Crystalariums (for a grand total of 7). A juxtaposition from the over 10,000 I crafted on my first farm.
I went the Community Center route, btw. However, I used waivers instead of purchasing the clock.
Also, I bought one single Golden walnut because I very much seemed to be out of finding the journal scrap after gifting it to Penny! A bug I suppose!
And thanks for taking an interest and reading ^.^ I wish my writing style was less sloppy :P
