So far I have only found a mod to do this, but given the majority of people use 24 hours¹ I think it would make sense to have an option for that.

so I'm making this new one in hopes this could be implemented.
The mod I am using does not translate e.g. times on secret notes or the sign next to the museum.
So having a proper, built in option would be very appreciated ^^
