Both of these bugs seem to be harmless and don't affect gameplay much at all but I thought they were worth mentioning.
1. The map is unaligned with the wooden frame in the menu. I noticed this with the Fall map so I'm not sure if it's the case with the other season maps.
2. On Fall 16, day of the Stardew Valley Fair, the exterior of my level 2 house became a giant black square. Returning back home from the Fair didn't fix it and it was like this the next day as well. I can still enter my house like normal and the inside is perfectly fine.
EDIT: The second bug fixed itself after I closed and reopened the game. Not sure exactly what caused it in the first place
