I'm almost 90% sure that when you divorce your spouse the 14 heart changes still remain right? Speaking more specifically about Abigail's and Alex's whose cut-scenes add some decoration to the map.
Why am I asking, well I have been decorating the entire map recently and both the decorations obtained from those cut-scenes are really cool and look quite nice. So I was pondering temporarily divorcing Emily to get those two 14 heart cut-scenes.
