Switch 1.6 Update - Workbench Not Showing Inventory Quantities

The workbench is showing zero quantities when trying to build items. The items are highlighted still but not showing how much is in stock.

I have this same issue. In addition, when I go to my stove, the items in my fridges display as though none of them are in stock (but what I have in my backpack will show up). The recipes I can cook are still highlighted, but the ingredients in my fridges are all listed at zero. And yet I can still cook the recipes despite the amounts registering at zero. Essentially the same issue as the workbench.
