Xbox 1.6 multiplayer splitscreen stuck too big.

As of updating a few minutes ago having a second player join the game makes the screen size jump to being big, enough to cut off player 2's energy bar completely.

Failed solutions we've tried:
-pause and adjust screen size (cant be done with p2 present)

-have p2 leave, fix the screen, then have p2 return (just causes the problem to return as soon as the screen is split)

-adjudt the screen size to be significantly smaller to account for the jump in size when p2 joins (regardless of previous screen size it will always become too big with p2 joining)

-restarting the file/game, new file, restart the xbox/tv (no visible effect)

One of those "the bug is very small but it makes this unplayable" type problems since its super visually distracting and for p2 energy level is a shot in the dark without the cursor over the bar to make the number visible

Same thing for is we even attempted to ajust game screen size on the xbox itself and that didn’t help. Hope it’s fixed soon

^^^ I just remembered I had this problem a couple years ago. I changed the aspect ratio on my tv. The setting I chose was “Direct” I hope this helps someone. ^^^

Can confirm this was the issue. Had the same problem and went through the same trouble shooting steps and nothing worked. Then I saw this comment and changed the settings on my TV. And it fixed it! For my TV, I had to select 'fit screen'. So it may be different on each tv depending on the make, but basically, if you are having this problem on split screen, you need to adjust the aspect ratio in your tv settings.
