Xbox 1.6 crashing while playing split screen

I'm playing Stardew Valley version 1.6 on an Xbox Series S with 3 players on split screen and the game has crashed and sent us back to the Xbox Home screen twice within 3-4 hours.

Both times one player was in The Mines between levels 41-53, one player was fishing, and one tending the farm(hoeing, planting, and watering crops).

I have seen the bug reported for the Switch on here but haven't seen it reported for Xbox Series S/X yet. Also, I turned to Reddit to see other users are having similar issues while playing split screen on Xbox.

I'm afraid that we have to wait with coop playing until proper fixes will be released on consoles. I have the same issues on Xbox after update to 1.6 - 2 players coop - it works pretty well on days when we don't go to Mines/Volcano/Skull Cavern, but on days when we go Mines/Volcano/Skull Cavern the game is crashing randomly, sometimes during the day or at the end of the day when going to sleep.
