I just updated my mobile today. As I am playing, even while riding my horse, the first item in my inventory is selected (holding item) without me doing so. I have broken/picked up a few machines already, warped a few times, and misused various tools. I do not use a controller. I do not use a joystick.
Also, when "clicking" in the game, it doesn't always work. Most noticeable when I am trying to pet my pets. It can take five different taps to make the game respond properly. Astride my horse and on foot.
