Windows [1.6.9] Entering Manor house crashed the game

Upon entering the manor house, SDV crashed. I was about to put 10 beets in his fridge. Notice I have noactive quest related to it, but I believe this where I am in the QI quest giving the membership access.

Сonfirmed. My game also crashed when I entered the manor house (with my save).
