Windows 1.6.3 Game Crashes

Anybody else experiencing game crashes if you minimise then maximise the window of the game? I have been experiencing consistent game crashes since the 1.6 (maybe 1.6.1+ updates) pretty much if I look at any other window on my computer. Whether it's streamlabs, google chrome, whatever. My laptop seems to be completely fine with all other games. It's just SDV. CPU usage is fine. I'm really at a loss of how to fix this.
