iOS 1.5 update bug

Game crashes and the day restarts so all progress is lost. It happens whenever I try to talk to pierre or his wife. So at first I tried avoiding them and the game was working fine but after 2 days I tried talking to harvey and it crashed again. I took all the steps recommended by apple (turn off/on ipad, deleteded and redownloaded game, made sure IOS was up to date) I even started a new game just to see if it had the same problem and again it crashed the first time I tried interacting with pierre. I’m hoping theres a solution for this. I really enjoy the game.

Same thing is happening to me, particularly when I start a new game and I'm trying to finish the Introduction quest. For me it only happens in the store and so far it's been whenever I talk to Pierre or Caroline.
