1.5 update and mods

So I just came back to the game after a super long break.. here I was planning to run a semi heavy modded map this route as I barely ran any mods last time. Low and behold.. game update.

So I'm curious how all the update affects mods? I'd assume most texture replacement mods would work still and anything past that I'd have to wait for updates?

Update usually breaks a bunch of mods but some modders were given access to 1.5 early so they could update their mod to work with the new version as soon as possible! You can check compatibility for each mod here - https://smapi.io/mods
