So, you can only get it while doing the Special Order for the Wizard. I'm aware of this. As far as I'm aware, there is only one use for the Prismatic Jelly, as well... giving it to the Wizard to complete the Special Order.
So what would you do with a second one? I got two from the Prismatic Slime when I killed him, and what I've done so far is display the spare on a table in the house.
