1.5 quest board - RNG DHU

Trying for a Uber perfect game within 2 years, but the special order quest board didn't give the opportunity (that I noticed) to do either of the "Spring only" special orders. Since I have spring seeds AND access to places to grow them (a greenhouse & the other place) why would that quest be locked to "Spring only"? Likewise for the other "spring only quest".

Seems like a case of RNG DHU.

The literal translation is the "Developers Hate You". Although that's patently false with Concerned Ape. So in context, I suppose, it would be "Da junimos Hate yoU."

It's slang for a streak of bad luck in a game.
