I have absolutely no idea how this happened, but as you can see during a co-op session I went to bed one night and woke up riding my horse inside the walls of my farmhouse. I'm glad I already had the return scepter because otherwise idk what would have happened. The horse is still stuck in the wall with seemingly no way to get it out, but strangely enough another instance of the same horse appeared in the stable the next day. Nothing else seems to be affected, so now my original horse is just a weird decoration lol.
