Solved 1.5.2 Egg Festival Bug - Locked Doors

Decided on year 2 that I'd prefer to skip the Egg Festival so I waited until after 2pm to enter town. Once I did I found people behaving normally, but every single door in town is locked.

I believe all doors are always locked on festival days, whether the festival is technically over or not.

The town is always closed on festival days.
