You already can play in your local LAN only.I hope there will be new update where we can play a co-op game without waiting for the host to go online 🥹 + make the child/baby more interesting please!!
Just start the host, and then start the coop's by choosing the host via IP address. Maybe you have to check the host IP address (at the host!) at the command line via ipconfig (Windows) or ifconfig (Linux)...
