wont launch

I feel like I've tried everything I possibly can at this point, I've deleted the startup preferences folder, I've downloaded xna framework stuff, It's still just not working without compatibility mode and I would like to play modded. Any other ideas for troubleshooting are greatly appreciated...

I have stardew on my gaming laptop from steam yet it.will.not.open. ill get the music and the icon like its opening and i can click around my screen and itll do stuff in the game but i cannot see it. It will launch properly if i plug into a tv and launch it there but just on my specific laptop...
