wall decal

I last attempted to get the pyramid decal a few weeks ago fishing in the correct location in the desert and never received after over 100 casts. I know other people had reported this too. Is this still currently a bug/unobtainable? Playing switch most recent version v1.6.9 build 40.

I placed the Wall Flower decal on my walls in my house and then placed a side table in front of it and now I can't pick up the table. It doesn't even give me a noise or anything, it's as though the table isn't a furniture item I can pick up. I've tried using tools as well and nothing happens...
