ui size bug

So I transferred my mobile save to my PC by following the instructions given, but when I loaded my save the UI was too big to the point where the settings and other menus doesn't fit the screen when I press "E" or "Esc" to lower the UI scale on settings. Can someone help me? P.S. The screenshot...
