trash bear recipe

Hi, I am unable to identify the following dish request (see image). My game is heavily modded (over 50 mods including expanded, Ridgeside, immersive farm 2 etc.), I am not sure if the request is altered in one of the mods. If someone has a clue, that would be great! Thanks in advance.
