a faint red outline stays on the tool even after deselecting it it happens on an empty inventory slot too

hello, my phone information Iphone 11 pro max my stable started floating out of nowhere and I found another bug. Everytime I load a save, the toolbar increases in size, but when I enter the controls menu and leaves, it turns to normal.
