the pirate's wife

I tried many times to complete the Pirate's Wife Quest, but it has a bug. I do all the tasks and when I give the Pirate's Locket to Birdie. After all the cutscene, my screen freeze and I have to restart the game. I just want to complete this quest, but I can't 😭

I accidentally give the tomato salt to someone and now i don't really know what to do because the quest was still there with a missing item.Someone have suggestion?? Thank you!

Ok so… I somehow lost the Gourmet Tomato Salt needed to complete this quest. I swear it just disappeared out of a chest on my farm, or I accidentally trashed it. I now can’t complete the quest to get 100% which is quite a bummer (I’m on year 8 and have put over 250 hrs into this save file lol)...

This seems to be a somewhat common problem but I've been unable to fix my game. After completing all the tasks for Pirate's wife quest, and handing over the Pirate's Locket to Birdie, the game get stuck in ~what i assume to be~ the last dialog of the cutscene. Right after the emoticons are displayed by each character, nothing else happens and they stay looking at each...

The first item for The Pirate's Wife was put in a box on the island, next day the box was destroyed and the war memento was gone. Is there anything I can do about this?

I got the locket from Willy, but the quest still says I need to "find a keepsake that belonged to Birdie's husband". Also when I go to the island Birdie is nowhere to be found. Please advise. Thank you!
