the game does not launch

I use windows to play stardew and ever since I downloaded the file to allow mods, it wont launch. I didn't look at this file before I downloaded it, so idk what is meant to be there or not. I don't think I have downloaded any mods yet, and there aren't any more folders, but there are more of the...
