tearing

My game tears when the camera starts moving and I couldn't see vsync in the settings. Anyone know how to fix it?

I launched the game today and noticed massive screen tearing that I did not have before. Then checked, and noticed the game updated. I do not use any mods. This happens even when I enable vsync. Also screenshots taken with the ingame "camera" button doesnt show the thumbnails, altho they still...
