sea creature

Has anyone seen the sea creature? I was fishing off the west long dock and a green head popped out of the water and swam into the ocean. I did get screen shots. It was exciting. I'll post pics when I get them off my Switch. Sorry for terrible quality. I think it's a cute creature! I'm a sucker...
