save transfer

Hello, I had a save that I played for a long time on my phone and I wanted to transfer it to my computer. I followed all the steps in the wiki and installed the save, but when I enter the game, the screen is like this and I can't open the settings at all. What should I do? Can you help me?

Me and one of my friends have a save on xbox, and another friend wants to join in from pc. we both downloaded the game from the same microsoft accounts (gamepass) on our pc and we cant find our save. any way to fix this?
