quartz

I have collected Quartz and shipped it, but the screen showing all the minerals I’ve shipped won’t reflect that. It’s the only one I’m missing. I’ve tried shipping using different shipping boxes and so forth but it won’t show it as completed on the list the next day. Is there any trick to this...

Okay, I know you can put quartz and fire quartz both into the furnace to get refined quartz... but my question is, really? Who has ever done this? I get just SO much refined quartz from recycling that I've never needed to (as I see it) waste coal on this process. Has anyone? I'm curious. If you...
