problems with menu

I transferred my game from my iPhone to my PC, but I can't fix the interface, because the icons are too big and I can't access the "settings" section. I tried to change the settings first from my phone but nothing changed. I'm attaching a photo of how the game screen looks to me.

When having the stars from completing the Bundles that are associated with these specific stars, the cursor gets stuck and you have to close the menu and re-open it to get it unstuck. This is on the latest Switch release.
