I'm on switch and I haven't found anyone else with this same issue. My mannequins will not let me put clothes on them, only rotate. They all worked at the beginning. It started with one out of my four (an outfit for each season) but now none of them will let me put any kind of clothing item on...

All of the information I have found says that to get farmer level 25/25, you need to be level 10 in all skills. I have done so but I am still at 24/25. Am I missing something?
