offline co-op

Apologies for the n00b question, but google searches are no substitute for actual player experience. Wife and kids and I are going on vacation, no wifi at the lake. Will the kids and I be able to local co-op Stardew on our Switches? (Yes, we would each have a switch and a copy of the game)...
