no upgrade

Hi Team! I have one save that I use. I promise I have a coop and a barn in this save already. When I go to Robin, I don't get the option to upgrade my coop or barn? I've tried shuffling through all the buildings options using the arrows and it doesn't show the big coop or big barn

So I purchased the final house upgrade (the one that adds the cellar). Next day, Robin is working on the house. At the end of the night, I pass out getting the golden scythe. The next morning, Robin is no longer working on the house, and there is still no cellar. Does anyone know why this...
