museum rewards

I'm playing on ps5 and I submitted the ancient seed but never got any of the rewards. I received no recipe or bag of plantable ancient seeds. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I've been working to get the Sloth Skeleton completed. Was only missing the head. Sometime in the previous few days I seem to have turned in the piece but I don't have it and there are no rewards pending.

Hello everyone, As the title says I have recently discovered that you can't trash Museum furniture rewards. I'm not positive that this is a bug yet, but I find it very annoying to try and get rid of an item without trashing it. Will this be fixed eventually? Thanks!
