memory

So I have a 4070ti, 32GB of ram and a 5800x. Yet... stardew valley of all games is fighting with me. I am unmodded... yet randomly while playing my memory will spike and there is a "fix" in that opening the inventory will reset the memory back to normal. But still.. kinda annoying if it happens...
