#lostpickaxe

My pickaxe suddenly disappeared.. I already checked all my chests. Nothing. I also went to mayor Lewis lost and found. I can see it there but when i try to claim it, the game crashes after attempting twice. 😫😢😢😢

My pickaxe has completely disappeared, its not in any of my chests, I don't have a fridge for it to be in, its not in mayor Lewis's house, its been a week in game and I haven't been sent a new one and don't know what to do. PLEASE HELP!
