lost game file

The issue keeps happening. When I go to leave the home in the morning to start farming, the game crashes. I have restarted my device. I change up what I do before exiting and exit at different times, still crashes. I went as far to uninstall the game and lost about 10 calendar days of in game...

Yesterday while I was playing, my computer crashed while saving and when I went back into the main menu, my entire character was gone. I looked in the files on my computer, and the save file is still there from a previous day but I don't know how to recover it and make it so that my game picks...
