lost farm

Sorry, I know this has been posted before, but I don't see anyone reporting it for Switch. People have been saying it's a Steam issue, but I don't use Steam. Both my farms are now on the 5th of spring first year. I have my money but lost everything else. Is there any way to get my farms back??
