Hey, i came acrros this thing that looked like a walking truffle, and it hit me when i walked into it, so i killed it and it dropped 2 truffles, i can send some screensshots, can somone explain

Just been playing Stardew valley 1.6 on mobile and in my save I lost 7 days. I logged on and played 28th spring-7th summer and today I decided to play some more but it reverted back to spring 28th. I tried to fix it by exiting and re-entering but it took me back to spring 24th that time
