I for whatever reason cannot collect the gold Lewis Statue

Hello I have secret note 19 and have been clicking everywhere behind Lewis's house but haven't been able to get the golden lewis statue. Im not sure if its important but I'm on xbox 1 and multiplayer split screen Any advice would be nice thank you

I'm at this point of the game where I'm just discovering what goes on with the secret notes. Well, I found the gold statue. It was knocked over by a npc immediately. It didn't return to the back of the mayor's house (I tried going everyday for a whole month). I was told it should be found in...
