glitching 1.6

I'm not sure it's because I had a hat on my horse prior to the 1.6 update, the reason why I or my horse could not get in the stable. It's got a wall and there's some kind of indent on the ground where the wall is. I've tried moving things around and that doesn't seem to be working. And took of...
