I'm on switch version 1.6.9 build 37, and when I dropped an ancient doll in the volcano caldera lava, nothing happened. I took off my magnet ring, opened my inventory, threw the doll out, it sat there for a second then fell in with a splash but I did not get the far away stone. Did I do it wrong...

Every day I can go through the shortcut at the Volcano Forge and there will be a chest with a prismatic shard in it. It’s happened about 5 times so far.

I’m playing on 1.6.3 update on my PlayStation 4, playing split screen multiplayer with my partner and we’ve encountered several annoying bugs with the game but this one is by far the funniest (I will be reporting the rest later). The volcano on ginger island is just repeating the same entry...
