fix the error

So I was going inside my house but my cat just on the side of the entrance but I can force my way in. And I am so frustrated because the cat would budge or move out of the way. Please fix this issue. This is nit a bug I think its more like a problem with in the game play.

I have Stardew Valley when I open a piece of the diary in my inventory and the game suddenly crashes
