dialogue spouse baby

I’ve been married to her for like 3 in game years still haven’t been asked for kids once.. My house is upgraded (with nursery) and I have had a 14 heart level with her all this time, I’m wondering if anything is missing or not

I have a question: has version 1.6 removed the dialogue/dialogue for spouses after having a baby or does it only happen in my copy of the game? I've done three saves on the Android mobile version with different spouses and they didn't say it; they just said the normal dialogue.
