Hello there, First time posting.. On latest 1.6 version on Xbox Series S.. Started new game, Year 1 summer currently day 24.. Planted Corn Day 1 summer, and day ~10 summer. Corn hasn't passed stage 2 of growth, watered every day.. Will advise if growth continues during fall.

You can extract corn crops and sell for significantly larger price, and crops extracting does not take much time.
