connecting issue

hi, my friend has black screen with loading hourglasses that lasts forever when she wants to join our server. when she joins in, it says that "Unnamed Farmhand (steamname)" joined, i can see her as a default avatar in the bed, but she has black screen and is unable to do anything. we tried...
